My Rocell journey started as a trainee sales assistant and because of the support and guidance provided by my managers I was able to boost my carrier growth to the current level. I realised that this is a comfortable/safe place and friendly environment to work with others. Also I'm passionate with the job role and I enjoy the challengers I have to face daily during work. Finally I'm satisfied with the income given to me for the effort and commitments I have made to achieve given tasks at Rocell. Considering all above facts I didn't wanted to leave Rocell.
