How to clean your accessories properly?
Clean the fitting with a damp cloth. Then simply rinse off and wipe dry. Do not use any abrasive sponges or scouring agents for cleaning. We also advise against the use of solvents or acidic cleaners, limescale removers, household vinegar and cleaning agents containing acetic acid. They will attack the surface and leave your fitting with a dull and scratched appearance because the formulae of commercially available cleaners are changed frequently.
How to avoid limescale on bathroom fittings?
Limescale is a substance mainly made up of calcium and magnesium which are found dissolved in water. As the water evaporates, it leaves behind a build-up of materials on and around the faucets. The minerals accumulate as hard, scaly deposits over time, which look like damaged spots on the fitting. To avoid limescale appearing in your fitting, dry the fitting after every use.
